I dont really like the colored labels, so distracting and non estetic, the original format was better imo.

I agree this is too distracting, and in big node groups, this will make text hard to read if every line of text is a different color.

To me this is just way too much visual distraction. And I'm not sure it brings much benefit. It may look good in minimal examples, but for complex node trees it just makes it a node christmas tree. There's also the question about dark colored node sockets and ones using transparency. You'd barely see the text.
I'll leave the decision up to @Pablo Vazquez (pablovazquez) who created the design mockups, but I suggest against it.

Actually I don't see how we can make this one work myself at the moment.

Maybe instead of making the hole text as the dot color only the stroke around it? how it will look like
