Summary

This was caused by wrong flag checking in rB278011e44d43: Fix T80748: Render Emissive Colors in Compositor Backdrop, which just
seems to be a copy-paste error.

For example, enabeling 'Auto-Offset' in the View menu would lead to CM being ignored.
