This patch adds the missing tooltips for pivot options in the UV Editor for

  • Bounding box center
  • Median point
  • 2D cursor

I don't think the term island is correct here, unlike INDIVIDUAL_ORIGINS, other pivot modes apply to selected UV's. islands should be replaced with UV's.
