This changes fixes alignment/muting issues within the Overlays Dropdown.
- Grease Pencil Settings
a. Fixes 'Draw Grease Pencil' settings not taking into account the 'Show Overlays' icon being active/inactive
b. Fixes left alignment of 'Canvas','Fade Layers' & 'Fade Objects'
c. Not a fix, but I've included padding, right alignment of 'Fade Layers' out of empathy for OCD sufferers.
Note: The alignment issue between 'Canvas' and 'Fade Layers'/'Fade Objects' settings is becuase the former operates in the range of 0.1 - 1.0 whilst the latter in the range 0.0 -> 1.0
- Pose Settings
a. Fixes left alignment of 'Fade Geometry'.
- Sculpt Settings
a. Fixes 'Mask' and 'Face Sets' settings no taking into account the 'Show Overlays' icon being active/inactive.
b. Fix 'Face Sets' setting not muting/unmuting inline with its related checkbox setting.
