This page (and all other tool pages) describes the tool settings in the property editor active tool panel following the same settings order.
IMO further clarification about where to find the curve widget is not necesary. Maybe just an image showing the active tool panel could help clarify this.

Note since rB9ba6b64efa3a: Greasepencil: show pressure curve widgets in the sidebar, this is also available in the sidebar

at @Matias Mendiola (mendio)'s suggestion edited the revision to just include an image of the properties editor as a clue for where to find the curve widgets.
