This looks nice enough, slight down-side for taking more vertical space (which might already cause some scrolling).

Started doesn't have to be that prominent because mostly needed only once and not needed for navigation (while reading in Sections).
And as Campbell said, too much scrolling on small screens.

The section headings are a good addition, but I wouldn't use blue for them since blue is used for hyperlinks elsewhere.
Have you tried using gray or dim gray? Quick mockup made in GIMP:
I wouldn't spend too much time picking the right color though since I think the entire theme is due for an update.
