Generally fine.

One thing to note is that this does come with a downside of the minimum driver requirement bump (465 AFAIR). Would be nice to more gracefully handle situations when OptiX is attempted to be used with an older driver, but such experience improvements should happen separately.

@James Monteath (jmonteath) could Optix SDK 7.3.0 be made available on the buildbot?

A patch build of D11868 can be used for testing if it works.
