Thanks @Philipp Oeser (lichtwerk) for the report

This is a fix for T89027

After rBfafd21b14c23: Animation: Generic Slider implementation the RNA value for "factor" wasn't getting set anymore causing it to always start at 0.5 no matter what the confirmed value was
