"Latest changes" isn't very descriptive why not just call it what it is; "Release Notes "

We already have a "Release Notes" link above, which covers the stable builds. This is the latest changes for the upcoming unstable builds.

@Sergey Sharybin (sergey) said that this may be confusing depending on which build you download. Even in the daily you may download 2.93 instead of 3.0. So which ones are the latest changes?

What do you think? I think we can go with this patch and see how people react to it (even better, A-B test and deploy this patch only in a few states </daydream>).
