Summary

Remove font_kerning_style from space_userpref.py since this is no
longer valid.

Some unknown person (Harley) removed the "kerning style" option from widget text drawing, but forgot to remove the mention of font_kerning_style from space_userpref.py, which results in console errors when you open that panel.
