VSE: Rename "Sequence Slide" to "Transform"

Summary

When Transforming strips the text in the header is "Sequence Slide:". This is inaccurate since it is not the Sequence sliding but the strips and "Slide" is an industry standard word for changing the position of the strip without changing it's duration within the same channel. Since this text should cover all types of transformations, this patch renames the text to "Transform".

The term "Transform" is too general, perhaps "Offset" makes more sense.

The operator is exposed as "Move" in the UI, so this could also be an option.

I would also vote for Move or Translate.

So, who is allowed to make a decision here?

This patch didn't make it into 3.0. As I do not have anymore time or motivation for a continued investment in the Blender project, I'm giving up on this patch for now.
