Summary

This patch adds drawing of previews of Movie Clips in the Asset Browser.

Until the Asset Browser gets a side-car system implemented, displaying Movie Clips as previews, combined with making the VSE receive dropped IDs D13304, and a script https://gist.github.com/tin2tin/0da859896432245fd15cfe960fdd9ee9 to convert selected strips to assets will allow for the asset browser(and outliner) to work as scene-independent a/v source-material tagging, organization, and acces.

In the hope that this Movie Clip Preview patch, which just is a copy of the Image Preview code, will get into 3.1, I'll reopen this patch.
