This patch adds documentation for the SVG Exporter addon and the new stroke modifiers in D963 (which will be committed when this documentation patch is approved).

• I've added several new images:
  render_freestyle_images.tar.gz683 KBDownload
• The addition of images (in particular .svg) causes a lot of 'spam' the diff file. I've cleaned it up here, the original is:
  freestyle_new_features.diff176 KBDownload
• I've used the '|' character in two places to force proper formatting (without it, the next header will wrap around an image in the previous section).
