T96228: "Copy from Active Track" in the "Movie Clip Editor" does not work with an error.

Summary

Fix T96228.
Issue was introduced after the python 3.10 switch
Explicit conversion to int will fix the issue.
Same issue is likely to happen with MovieTrackingSettings.default_search_size
So I did the same change over there
