I opened blender from a tablet without mouse and i noticed that the zoom and pan gizmos are not appearing in the node editor.
This happens also in Video Sequencer, Dope Sheet, Timeline, Graph Editor, Drivers, NLA, Spreadsheet. do we need it in any of them?

For consistency, I'd say yes... (personal opinion btw)
