Now the old Shift+D is Alt+D and the Shift+D creates a new Scene with Full Copy to have the same use of meshes.
New option has been added to Strip and Context menu.
Show option only if active Strip is scene

The option to duplicate a full scene using these keys is dangerous because it's easy do a full duplication by error, so we are going to do in a different way.
