Currently nodes have no description. If one hovers over a node in the menu
a default message is shown i.o. a description of what the node does/ or it's purpose.
With this commit it should be possible to create Custom nodes and have a description for these custom nodes.

Internal nodes have no description. Would be nice if these can be added.
