Summary

Proposed fix for T103357.

Grease pencil layer colors were not displayed in channel strip background of the main dopesheet, while it was done in the grease pencil dopesheet.
This diff copies the behavior of the grease pencil dopesheet and applies the layer color in the gpencil channels of the main dopesheet.
