Summary

ISO C++ says that a friend may not add default arguments unless it comes with a body as well. Split them as appropriate.

KDL isn't maintained by Blender, probably best to get this patch applied up-stream. http://orocos.org/kdl/

Looks like upstream's c4236128df7dbe286fb8f1bc64bfae7b3529d4de is providing this patch.
