Summary

the current release 2.78 contains an extended rework of the Stabilizer.

As author of this rework, I'd like to cover this feature in more detail in the Blender user manual. Thus I've added a new page in the "Movie Clip Editor" > "Motion Tracking" section. The documentation text was drafted in the wiki and, after some feedback, is now IMHO ready for review and inclusion in the official manual.
