Related to the Task T50086.

The previous behavior was explained in the task, simplified the message part as it was a bit deceiving.
It's a trivial change, all in all. Keeping the message as Blender has too many trees falling silently in the forest which would be preferred, but that's not to me to decide. :)
However, if there is an another way of preventing the operator of not showing in the Undo History that can be modified/removed or the other approach from the task can be done with the poll.
