So if I understand correctly, you want to make a Serbian translation of the Manual?

Hi, I added you to the Documentation project so you can now commit directly to the repository. The username and password is synced with the one used on this website.

That is correct. I am not that acquainted with Phabricator, so I'm gonna have to get up to speed. I am good with git, and don't mind using subversion, though, so I'm fine with the building process. I do wonder about the review process, but I guess it will become obvious. Any recommendations and questions, please let me know.

I do wonder about the review process

We dont really have audit/review process since we don't have large teams of translators. So please just commit.

I added you to the Documentation project so you can commit these changes if you want.
We currently don't review changes for translations (takes to much effort).

For committing, the username and password is synced with this website so use those.
Im gonna close this patch but commit the changes if you still are able to.
