This is a test patch for the Japanese manual (https://docs.blender.org/manual/ja/dev/index.html) to see if my workflow is correct. The old wiki is gone and I didn't get any response in IRC so just submitting this to see if this is fine. The patch changes a single line.

The last Japanese translations were in the old wiki (which is now gone) so I and a few Japanese users are looking into making a "real" translation now. This is my current workflow, please say if it's fine or if you're supposed to do something else:

0. (in \locale\ja\)

1. svn update
2. Edit .po files in locale\ja\ and save
3. svn diff > filename.diff
4. Upload here (https://developer.blender.org/differential/diff/create/)
