Summary

This fixes T58750.
I felt that it would be really useful to show the formula used to calculate the falloff so the user knows what the "Power" value really does.
Not sure about the current formula syntax though...

I'll commit a simple tooltip without the formula, we don't usually include that.

Also, the term power here refers to raising a value to this power, so "power of the force field" is a bit confusing.

I just copied what it says on the wiki page: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/physics/force_fields/introduction.html#common-field-settings
I also agree that it is confusing, perhaps we can update it there too while we are at it?
