Select/Deselect objects from 3d Viewport while using Box Selection tool && Deselects everything when clicking on empty area in Outliner

• Deselects everything from Outliner & 3d Viewport when clicking on the empty area in Outliner (after all elements)
• When using Box Selects, objects also selects/deselect in 3d Viewport as in Outliner
• When new select begins using box-selects the last object in selection becomes active
• If selection starts from top-to-bottom the active object becomes the very last object in a new selection and so on, for bottom-to-top very first object
• If elements are deselected using box selection the active object not changes
• If selection is applied to already selected item in Outliner currently it's do not effects anything.
• Sync Selection from Outliner to 3d Viewport
