Summary

Fix T64107 Bevel Tool / Vertex Only : width/depth value is wrong.

This line had 2 problems.

mul_v3_fl(vert_axis, 1 / ntot);

But realized that there was no need to normalize separately the vectors.
Removed to clean the code.

Thanks for the fix. I will apply and commit this shortly.
