The ColorRamp, when in Properties overflows the right-side scrollbars, as reported here. This patch pulls in each side a bit so that it is roughly even from each edge and still looks centered.

Following is how it looks in Properties and in the ColorRamp node. Not certain if there is anywhere else that it is used, but assuming that if it works in these two places it will be okay everywhere.
