I previously created a patch that introduced emission strength into the principled D4971
Upon further inspection I noticed that if the user set the emission strength to 0 and connected a something to the emission input the emission wouldn't display emission in cycles.

The reason I patch had already been code reviewed and I wasn't sure what the final result would be if I updated the revision using a different .diff (would it end up overwritten?)
I also didn't want to attempt to insert the new code into the previous .diff for fear of causing a corrupted output.

This depends on D4971.
