I was waiting for @Pablo Dobarro (pablodp606) to commit this.

But actually it seems this got indirectly fixed by rB365ba6f5a130: Fix T65437: sculpt dyntopo undo not showing correct mesh, since it adds the same dependency graph tag inside sculpt_pbvh_clear.
