This update of the Text Editor UI patch D5028 adds more options to Text Editor context menu, since they where very sparse.

Before a text is opened the options are now New and Open, since there is no other context.

After a text is opened, the criteria for the functions added to the menu, is that they need to relate to the text selection or cursor position context. The functions included are:

Cut
Copy
Paste

Select line
Duplicate line 
Move line(s) up
Move line(s) down

Indent
Unindent
Comment Selection
Uncomment Selection
