Summary

When using curve with geometry, produced by setting parameter (Bevel)Depth greater than zero it would be useful to have Caps on the ends of that curve whenever the Bevel Object is used or not.
This little patch enables it. Although, if the Extrude parameter is set to greater than zero, Fill Caps work oddly, generating only half of the Cap. I hope to find the solution, but still, it is better than nothing.

In many cases, this feature would make use of extra circle curves obsolete, hence save memory.

This seems to be a little more difficult. See T68814 and rB3b3d811bf0a7e1a6.

Also, please remove the old code and don't just comment it out.

What if allow filling caps only if "Extrude" = 0.

This area has changed recently with commits to allow caps for all bevel types and with the CurveProfile bevel option, this patch no longer makes sense.
