Summary

This patch makes some changes for painting and sculpting. Asked for by William Reynish and Pablo Dobarro

WM_CURSOR_CROSSA changed to WM_CURSOR_PAINT. Changed to have a dot in the middle and wider space between arms
WM_CURSOR_CROSSB changed to WM_CURSOR_DOT. Just a simple dot cursor.

Updated windows "cur" files (...\release\windows\icons\cursors):
