Summary

PLY import/export add-on support export selected objects or the whole scene. Currently only active object exported.

This patch makes PLY export behave similar to the rest of import/export add-ons.

Remove poll method, no need for active object check.

Fix error trying to export objects without data.

Yes it was, since active object is no longer in act, the poll is useless and only blocks the export if there is no active object.
