This adds texture support to the mesh filter. You can use textures to mask the deformation of the filter. It works with 3D textures and 2D alphas using a cubemap projection.
For now, it only has the size of the texture exposed in the top bar. I can add more texture mapping properties in the future if we find them necessary for this use case.
I don't know if the code related to adding the Tex property to the DNA is correct. In some tests I made a few textures disappeared from the topbar list after saving and open again the blend file.

@Pablo Dobarro (pablodp606) while this seems very useful, I’m not sure if it’s wise to add more dependency on the old Blender Internal texture system? If we remove this shortly, it might be problematic?
This is more an overall architecture question

@Brecht Van Lommel (brecht) with the idea to overhaul textures soon, is this something we should add? I’m somewhat afraid that these kinds of features will make it harder to remove the old textures.

I don't see a problem using the old texture system here. It's already used for brushes, once we change to a new system we can easily do it for both.

Woohoo, awesome feature. ❤
Wait, "Oct 30 2019"? Why such an amazing feature was not yet committed? I hope it's not abandoned. 🙏🙏🙏
