Summary

Add grouped undo to Insert and Delete text operator on some case

I'm not sure about the implementation especially if it's ok to modify the wmOperatorType directly in the operator

Result in video ( I undo text and not delete it)

And a doxygen comment was duplicate

Simplify the code for Delete operator

Thanks for the patch, I think this is more a design task, created T71735: Text editor undo system, undo step grouping behavior

Closing until design task has been agreed on.
