Change colorspace_name to the proper value to avoid raising TypeError when importing fbx with embeded texture.

This commit fixes T72768

Change colorspace_name to the proper value to avoid raising TypeError when importing FBX with embeded image.

As can be checked here (https://developer.blender.org/diffusion/B/browse/master/release/datafiles/colormanagement/config.ocio), current Non-Color is proper identifier/name of this setting.
