Summary

This patch addresses some of the improvements to Snap to Grid suggested in T73993: Snapping & precision modeling improvements
Basically it adds a new snap option:

To simplify the code and the interface, the old "Absolute Grid Snap" option has been removed.

Snap to increment should be the sub setting not snap to increment then grid as increments include the grid..Sep 2 2022, 5:33 PM
