I have attempted to update the Vertex Groups manual to Blender 2.8X (Specifically 2.83). I have updated screenshots, keyboard shorts cuts, and menu layouts to reflect the change in version. However, this update is not complete. Here's the list of things I did not include:
On the "Vertex Groups Panel" page the "Sort by Bone Hierarchy" section is left as "TODO" because I do not know how it works.
On the "Assigning a Vertex Group" page I feel like there should be something explaining that you need to be in edit mode to complete these operations. Not sure, I'll leave that up to the document managers to add.
On the "Vertex Weights" page I could not find many of the settings in Blender 2.83 as I don't know my way around vertex groups. As a result, pretty much the entirety of the page is left as it was.
Also, the pages may have spelling or grammatical mistakes. I will need someone else to review this.
I will leave further alterations up to other people as I do not know where to go to continue improving this.
