To commit you will need to use the username and password for this website, refer to you svn client to know how to commit.

For example tortoise svn: https://tortoisesvn.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-dug-commit.html

@Aaron Carlisle (Blendify) I read the example of Tortoise SVN that you sent me. I understand how to commit the modified (* .po) files. Maybe I'll try a file first to make sure I understand. But I am already enabled to commit the files.
