Summary

Allow setting of drivers and keyframes for bone visibility restrict icon in the outliner. The button was a simple icon button, but is now connected to the RNA property.

Also, from the outliner, hiding a bone would unselect it, but from the properties editor, it would remain selected. This moves the deselect to the RNA function to ensure the bone is always deselected.

This resolves T76578
