Summary

This patch adds the option to auto-fit the image size of the preview, when changing the region size, since it is rarely useful to be able to able to zoom and move the preview around in VSE mode, but this is still possible, when disabling the auto-fit feature.

Missing:

Do a redraw/update when the Auto-fit Preview checkbox is checked.
Limit the disable Auto-fit function to the Preview area.

With the help of J. Fran Matheu the options in the Zoom menu are also disabled.

Should the navigation gizmos and shortcuts be disabled too?
