Summary

This simply disables the emboss style for UI widgets. No code has been changed, just set the option to 0.

If this is accepted I think it would make sense to strip out the emboss code entirely, rather than leaving it to clutter up the widget code. Thoughts @Campbell Barton (campbellbarton)?
