Summary

The idea is to skip evaluation of lamps when their contribution is too low.

This easily saves up to 15% of render time in the secret agent shot without
affecting the light of the scene much.

I'm not sure using pdf as a contribution is correct here. On the one hand it's quite correct on the other it's a bit arguable..
