Summary

Trackpad: View3D Zoom and Dolly improvements and fixes.

Allow you to use the MOUSEPAN for Dolly View.
Correct handling of the Invert Zoom and Zoom Axis options.
Make direction for Trackpad, Mouse, Gizmo consistent. **
Simplify the Rotate View code.

** Zooming In - move mouse/fingers towards screen.
