Summary

This enables the connected only property for the cloth brush. When
connected only is disabled, fake neighbors are calculated before
building the constraints, so meshes with multiple elements can be
deformed by the solver like they were a single piece of cloth.

This probably will cause problems with future features for cloth sculpting, I would like to test this in sculpt-dev first.
