rB4e667ecef92f: UI: Add curve geometry start and end panel

Summary

The placement of these settings has been quite misleading for a long time,
even before the custom profile bevel patch that just landed. They aren't
related to bevel because they affect curves with only the extrusion value set.

Before	After

I'm not sure if "Start & End" is the ideal name for this panel. It works for me
but I would be interested in hearing if people have other ideas.

+1 for this change, minor notes:

"Start & End" seems a bit vague, perhaps "Start & End Mapping"?
This could be ordered after the Bevel panel as they are quite specialized options.

Oh, yes, I like "Start & End Mapping" better. It is really vague, especially considering the properties are called "Factor". Sometimes the right word just doesn't exist.
