UI: Changes to 'Generator' f-modifier layout.

NOTE: Some changes are already planned in D7997: UI: FModifier layout updates, drag and drop.

Not much visual changes, just need some fixes after D9058.

Hi, I've already reworked the layout of this modifier in D7997. We're planning to land that patch soon, in Bcon2.

That said, I didn't tweak the "Factorized Polynomial" UI, so these changes would still apply here.
