Both the binary and ASCII STL file format allow a custom comment at the beginning of the file.
Currently, this comment is set to "Exported from Blender-$version".

However, such a comment may sometimes seem unprofessional if the file is to be shared.

This patch allows choosing between an empty comment, the Blender version, or a custom comment.
Writing the version is still the default
