Patch to address proposal T37761 - http://www.graphicall.org/ftp/ideasman42/text_align.png

  • all number buttons default to left align.
  • slightly more space around the L/R arrow icons, (was a little cramped with aligned text).
  • remove excess whitespace padding with units (was noticeable with object rotation buttons).

Updates patch to solve issue with some sliders getting text clipped off.
