rBe3d9241a0532: UI: Show Weight Value with Sample Weight Tool
Summary

Now, when using Sample Weight tool in WeightPaint mode user don't have any informtion about what value it's picking what lies into a lack of feedback as user don't know even if value is changing.
This patch adds weight value to tool header (tool settings) so user have that needed feedback.
